Photo 1 - Permafloat Logo:

Max. file size: 50 MB.

The logo (example at right) allows us to see which specific mold was used in manufacturing the float and assess if the mold needs maintenance or repair.

Photo 2 - Date Stamp

Max. file size: 50 MB.

The date stamp allows us to see the date the float was manufactured (e.g. June 01, 2020 in this example)

Photo 3 - Top Center Cap

Max. file size: 50 MB.

The top center cap of the float may have a spin weld closure that has been initialed, telling us who inspected the float.

Photo 4 - Close-up of Damage

Max. file size: 50 MB.

This helps us assess what exactly went wrong.

Photo 5 - Installation Application

Max. file size: 50 MB.

A photo of the dock of which the float was part of can provide valuable clues on failure modes.
