By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the Permafloat® website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this agreement.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Customer, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.
Permafloat® is a brand owned and operated by Cellofoam North America Inc. For the entirety of the agreement, the Company may also be referred to as ‘Permafloat®’, ‘Cellofoam North America Inc.’ ‘the Site’ or more specifically, ‘permafloat.com’
We employ the use of cookies. By using the Permafloat® website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Permafloat® privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.
Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.
Unless otherwise stated, Permafloat® licensor, Cellofoam North America Inc. own the intellectual property rights for all material on Permafloat.®
All intellectual property rights are reserved. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. By posting of information or materials on the Site, Permafloat® does not waive any right in such information and materials.
This Agreement, and all Permafloat® policies referenced herein, constitute the entire and only agreement between Permafloat® and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions which you include in any purchase order, confirmation of order or other document are expressly excluded. Any variation of the terms and conditions in this Agreement will be binding on Permafloat® only if agreed in writing by you and an authorized representative of Permafloat®. This Agreement may be amended by Permafloat® at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest version of this Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
By accessing the Site and/or ordering any product, you are agreeing to not use Permafloat’s services or the Site to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Certain areas of the Site require registration or otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or access certain content. If you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or participate in certain features of the Site. If the Site requires you to create an account or otherwise submit information, you must complete the specified process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by the applicable registration form. It is your responsibility to maintain the currency, completeness, and accuracy of your registration data, and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your name and valid e-mail address and choose a password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. For more information regarding Permafloat’s use of your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy. Additionally, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Permafloat® immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You further agree not to email, post, or otherwise disseminate any user ID, password, or other information which provides you access to the Site. Permafloat® is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge, and is not responsible for any delay in shutting down your account after you have reported a breach of security to us.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is true and that you agree to abide by this Agreement. Please note that your account can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, this Agreement has been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Permafloat® in its sole discretion.
The prices displayed on the Site when shipping are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from Permafloat® with a credit card that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. Permafloat® does not accept reseller or sales and use tax exemption certificates for online sales. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product; (ii) limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders place by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address; (iii) limit or prohibit orders that, in Permafloat’s sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors; (iv) impose conditions on the honoring of any promotional code, or other similar promotion; (v) bar any user from making or completing any or all transaction(s); and (vi) refuse to provide any user with any product. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases product with the intention of selling them rather than using them.
Estimated taxes are calculated at the time of checkout, but factors such as destination or type of product may alter the amount between time of order placement and shipment. In the event Permafloat collects and pays any tax upon Customer’s behalf and it appears the tax was erroneously collected, we will promptly notify you and take steps to obtain refund.
Permafloat® reserves the right to reject any order, whether or not such order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. You will be notified of the rejection of your order at the email address you provided at check out. If your credit card has already been charged and any portion of your order is rejected, Permafloat® will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount rejected. Depending on your Banking Institution, this refund may take up to 10 calendar days.
Permafloat® is dedicated to getting your order fulfilled as soon as possible – please note that once an order is placed on permafloat.com, we will begin to process it immediately. If you have not yet received a shipping notification for your order, our team may be able to assist you with canceling your order. Please note, this is at the Company’s discretion. If you have already received a shipping notification/creation from the carrier, we will not be able to process a cancellation. Please refer to our Return and Exchange policy.
At time of checkout, you will be able to choose your desired shipping speed. All shipments are sent via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx freight, unless otherwise specified by the Company. Freight truck orders are typically anything exceeding 2’ x 4’ x 16’ - If you have any questions, please contact order@permafloat.com
Permafloat® also offers the option to Pick Up an order at our facility or a trusted partner facility. Choose this option at checkout, all terms still apply.

Title to and risk of loss of product passes to you upon Permafloat® product leaving our facility. Delivery lead times vary. Please note all delivery dates are estimates and are not a guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date. Permafloat® will not be liable for any loss or expenses which you may incur as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order. Permafloat® will assist with any lost or delayed shipments. Permafloat® makes every effort to properly represent the color of our products online, but some computer monitors may display the color differently than others. If you are concerned about the color representation of our product, please reach out to order@permafloat.com.
Permafloat® reserves the right to make any necessary changes to product design at any time. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the product pages for any updates.
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, delete any information or content appearing on the Site, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Please find our guidelines for installation here. Permafloat® will not be responsible for damage to product, and cannot adhere to the Permafloat® warranty if any of these guidelines are violated. Permafloat® is approved for dock float use only. Any other application of Permafloat® is not recommended, approved or warrantied by the Company.
We manufacture Permafloat® Performance Dock Floats which shall only be used as a component part of a floating dock system as designed and constructed by an approved dock builder.
Cellofoam is not an engineering design / consulting firm and therefore it is beyond our scope as a manufacturer to provide design services on the specific end use for our products. Purchasers of Permafloat® Performance Dock Flotation should consult with appropriate engineering & design experts to determine the exact product type, size, and specifications required for their project to meet structural and other design requirements, as well as all local, city, county, state and / or federal jurisdictional codes.
Improper use and / or designs determined and associated with Permafloat® shall void the product warranty and Indemnify / Hold Harmless Cellofoam North America Inc. of any loss, costs, and / or damage incurred.
